  3. Services are provided for promotional purposes only. Users agree not to use them for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful activities.

  4. You agree not to exploit, reverse-engineer, or misuse our systems or services.

3. Service Delivery & Expectations

  1. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary due to technical, platform, or operational factors.

  2. Minor fluctuations in delivered quantity may occur due to the nature of digital promotional services.

  3. Some engagement may decrease over time; this does not automatically qualify for refunds unless explicitly stated.

  4. Accounts must remain public during delivery. Orders placed for private accounts may not be fulfilled.

  5. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account restrictions, content removal, or engagement changes.

4. Payments & Billing

  4. Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

  5. If delivery has not started within 72 hours and no delay notification has been provided, you may request a refund.

  6. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to [email protected].

  7. Changing your social media account status (for example switching to private) after ordering may prevent delivery and void refund eligibility.

  8. Engagement fluctuations, platform algorithm changes, or third-party actions do not automatically qualify for refunds.

  9. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible.
