Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Follovery. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise accessing our platform at follovery.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

ELIGIBILITY
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Follovery. By using our platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.
- You represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of your organization.
- If you are accessing Follovery on behalf of a company, you agree to these Terms on that company's behalf and bind the company to them.
OUR SERVICES
Follovery is a SaaS platform that delivers Instagram growth services — including followers, likes, comments, saves, shares, and views — on a subscription and on-demand basis. All services are digital in nature.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, delivery speeds, or business results.
- Results may vary based on your account type, niche, content, and Instagram's own platform behavior.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice.
- We do not require your Instagram password. Never share your credentials with any third-party service.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use Follovery to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- Harass, defraud, or harm any user, third party, or Follovery itself;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or extract our proprietary systems or source code;
- Promote illegal content, hate speech, or material that infringes third-party rights;
- Resell or sublicense our services without our prior written consent;
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any security measures on our platform.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Follovery complies with Instagram's and Meta's terms and policies, as well as the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Certain jurisdictions may restrict the use of artificial engagement services. You are responsible for verifying legality in your location before purchasing.
- Follovery makes no express or implied warranty regarding the fitness, availability, or business impact of our services. All services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Follovery, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any legal claim arising from your purchase or use of those services.
PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
- All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the selected billing cycle.
- One-time orders are charged at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and Cryptomus, our PCI-compliant processors. We do not store your payment card details.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. For active subscriptions, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of any price change.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension. Repeated failures may lead to account cancellation.
REFUND POLICY
Follovery provides digital services that begin fulfillment immediately or shortly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods and services, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once delivery has commenced.
We may issue a refund or re-delivery only in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: If a service has not started within the guaranteed timeframe stated at the time of purchase and is confirmed to be our fault, you may request a full refund or complimentary re-order.
- Significant shortfall: If a delivered order falls materially short of what was described (fewer than 50% of ordered units delivered), you may be eligible for a partial refund or re-delivery at our discretion.
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind after delivery has started;
- Natural fluctuations in engagement or follower count after delivery (e.g., Instagram purges or algorithm changes);
- Account restrictions or bans imposed by Instagram or Meta after using our services;
- Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started;
- Services fully delivered as described at the time of purchase.
To request a refund under an eligible circumstance, email help@follovery.com within 7 days of the issue arising, including your order ID and a brief description of the problem. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
CANCELLATION
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period; it will not renew thereafter.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund of any unused portion of a period already paid.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content, technology, and features on the Follovery platform are owned by or licensed to Follovery LLC. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written consent.
- Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used freely and without any obligation or compensation to you.
WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS
- Our platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that specific engagement or growth targets will be met.
- Your use of our platform is at your own risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Follovery's aggregate liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Follovery in the 3 months prior to the claim.
- Follovery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
- We do not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Follovery LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including Instagram's or Meta's terms of service.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Before initiating any formal dispute, please contact us at help@follovery.com and give us 30 days to attempt informal resolution.
- If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), seated in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
- YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. No arbitration may be brought as a class action, and you waive any right to participate in a class action related to our services.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
GENERAL
- We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and communicated by email where appropriate. Continued use of Follovery constitutes acceptance.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity (e.g., in a merger or acquisition). We will notify you if this occurs.
- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully in effect.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Follovery regarding use of our platform and supersede any prior agreements.
